The italian translation 1.1 is also available as executable setup (installer) which is more confortable and automatic and it doesn't require any computer knowledge! It's available here: Hurrican-Ita-Setup.zip - 1.1 Don't forget to download it Zwinkern

English: It's available another update for italian translation... it's version 1.2 with a new installer... previous italian installer (1.1) must be removed (Add/Remove Programs -> Hurrican 1.1 ITA) in order to to install the new version (1.2). To download the new version, please, follow this link: Hurrican-Ita-Setup.zip - [1.2]

Now there is a big problem~

I tried 2 make chinese Language file,but it cannot display chinese words~ Oh, no~

Yeah unfortunately Hurrican wasnt made with Asian character support in mind as our target audience was mainly europe (where TUrrican ist most well known) - i didnt think people in China would know about it Gesicht

Isnt it possible to translate it to mandarin using roman characters? Like "nihao" etc?

Of cource it's possible. It's not a big project and I will finish it the Saturday after an exam on Friday.

However, I don't think Chinese people will accept Roman Characters such as "Nihao" (Here it named "Pinyin") rather than English.

4 other game I don't know, but Harrican in China is a very popular game and has its own Chinese name "ÍâÐÇº·½«" given by our chinese now. Means "The most Strong General Extraterrestrially". There are many IM Team to discuss with it through a IM software named "Tecent QQ". So many magazines, Webpages, Forums, Game TV Shows tells us there is an extheme Shooting game named "Harrican". So I don't think our Gamers will be satisfied only with a Roman Language pack because it will takes a long time 2 think what's the meaning while playing a game as there are so many Chinese words has the same annouce.

Anyway I will finish it since Harrican is a so Amazing game!

@ anyone having problems displaying the cinese 'letters':
go to Olivetree ( <-Link ) and download the Mingliu.ttc font offered somewhere near the bottom of the page. then install it and enjoy Gesicht

(note: this only works for the links TimChen Posted, and unfortunately not for this board)

I made a Finnish translation for this game and sent it here via email.
It's also available at http://www.fileplanet.com/187545/180000/fileinfo/Finnish-language-pack-for-Hurrican-1.0.0.4

I noticed that ä's and ö's turned into this weird pair of a 4 and an F, so I replaced them with dotless versions.
